- Due to enhanced spoofing and unauthorized login detection, users who use the same account on multiple devices may receive an email and push notification saying "A login from a new device was detected."
- If you receive this notification without having changed devices, reinstalled the app, or logged in from a new device, there may have been unauthorized access from an unrecognized device. Please change your password immediately and contact support.
