Terms of Service

Article 1 -- Scope of Application

These Terms shall apply to all relationships between the User and the Provider regarding the use of the Services.

Article 2 -- Registration

Users who wish to register must agree to these Terms and submit their user information. Registration is complete upon acceptance by the Provider. When registering new school information, a representative of the school-related organization must apply via the official website. The Services are intended for use by parents, PTA members, and school personnel. Use by children under the age of 13 is not anticipated. The Provider may refuse registration if any of the following apply:

1. False information is submitted
2. The applicant has previously violated these Terms
3. The applicant is a minor or otherwise lacks legal capacity and has not obtained consent from a legal guardian
4. The applicant is deemed to be associated with antisocial forces (including organized crime groups, extremist organizations, etc.)
5. The Provider deems the registration inappropriate for any other reason

Article 3 -- User ID and Password Management

Users shall manage their User ID and password at their own responsibility. Transfer or lending of credentials to third parties is prohibited.

Article 4 -- Fees and Payment

Fees and payment methods shall be determined separately on the official website. Any changes will also be announced there.

Article 5 -- Prohibited Conduct

Users shall not engage in the following activities.

1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
2. Criminal acts or related conduct
3. Disruption or interference with servers or networks
4. Collection or disclosure of personal information of other users
5. Impersonation of other users
6. Infringement of intellectual property rights or other rights
7. Posting of violent, discriminatory, sexual, self-harming, or otherwise offensive content
8. Commercial, religious, or other non-intended uses of the Services
9. Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by the Provider

Article 6 -- Suspension of Services

The Provider may suspend or interrupt the Services without prior notice in the following cases.

1. Maintenance or updates of the system
2. Natural disasters or other force majeure events
3. Communication failures
4. Other cases where the Provider deems service provision difficult

The Provider shall not be liable for any damages resulting from such suspension or interruption.

Article 7 -- Copyright

Users may only post or edit content for which they hold the necessary rights or have obtained permission. Copyrights of posted content remain with the User or original rights holders. However, the Provider may use such content for service operation, and Users shall not exercise moral rights against such use. All copyrights and intellectual property rights related to the Services belong to the Provider or licensed rights holders. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Article 8 -- Restrictions and Termination

The Provider may restrict use or delete user accounts without prior notice in the following cases.

1. Violation of these Terms
2. False registration information
3. Bankruptcy or similar legal proceedings
4. Inactivity for over one year
5. No response to inquiries for over 30 days
6. Cases falling under Article 2 conditions
7. Any other reason deemed inappropriate by the Provider

The Provider shall not be liable for any damages resulting from such actions.

Article 9 -- Disclaimer

The Provider does not guarantee the absence of defects in the Services (including safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement). The Provider shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Services. However, if the contract between the User and the Provider constitutes a consumer contract under applicable law, this disclaimer shall not apply. Even in such cases, the Provider shall not be liable for special damages unless caused by gross negligence, and compensation shall be limited to the amount of fees received in the relevant month. The Provider shall not be responsible for any disputes between Users or between Users and third parties. Communication content may be disclosed upon lawful request (e.g., warrant) in cases involving threats or intimidation. The handling of personal information shall be governed by the separate Privacy Policy, and Users agree to its terms.

Article 10 -- Changes to Services

The Provider may change or discontinue the Services without notice and shall not be liable for any resulting damages.

Article 11 -- Amendments to Terms

The Provider may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Article 12 -- Notices and Communication

Notices and communication between Users and the Provider shall be conducted via methods specified by the Provider.

Article 13 -- Assignment of Rights and Obligations

Users may not assign or pledge their contractual status or rights and obligations under these Terms to third parties without prior written consent from the Provider.

Article 14 -- Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Provider.

Article 15 -- Language Priority

These Terms are originally written in Japanese. The English version is provided for reference only. In case of any discrepancies, the Japanese version shall prevail.
