These Terms shall apply to all relationships between the User and the Provider regarding the use of the Services.
Users who wish to register must agree to these Terms and submit their user information. Registration is complete upon acceptance by the Provider. When registering new school information, a representative of the school-related organization must apply via the official website. The Services are intended for use by parents, PTA members, and school personnel. Use by children under the age of 13 is not anticipated. The Provider may refuse registration if any of the following apply:
Users shall manage their User ID and password at their own responsibility. Transfer or lending of credentials to third parties is prohibited.
Fees and payment methods shall be determined separately on the official website. Any changes will also be announced there.
Users shall not engage in the following activities.
The Provider may suspend or interrupt the Services without prior notice in the following cases.
The Provider shall not be liable for any damages resulting from such suspension or interruption.
Users may only post or edit content for which they hold the necessary rights or have obtained permission. Copyrights of posted content remain with the User or original rights holders. However, the Provider may use such content for service operation, and Users shall not exercise moral rights against such use. All copyrights and intellectual property rights related to the Services belong to the Provider or licensed rights holders. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
The Provider may restrict use or delete user accounts without prior notice in the following cases.
The Provider shall not be liable for any damages resulting from such actions.
The Provider does not guarantee the absence of defects in the Services (including safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement). The Provider shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Services. However, if the contract between the User and the Provider constitutes a consumer contract under applicable law, this disclaimer shall not apply. Even in such cases, the Provider shall not be liable for special damages unless caused by gross negligence, and compensation shall be limited to the amount of fees received in the relevant month. The Provider shall not be responsible for any disputes between Users or between Users and third parties. Communication content may be disclosed upon lawful request (e.g., warrant) in cases involving threats or intimidation. The handling of personal information shall be governed by the separate Privacy Policy, and Users agree to its terms.
The Provider may change or discontinue the Services without notice and shall not be liable for any resulting damages.
The Provider may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Notices and communication between Users and the Provider shall be conducted via methods specified by the Provider.
Users may not assign or pledge their contractual status or rights and obligations under these Terms to third parties without prior written consent from the Provider.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Provider.
These Terms are originally written in Japanese. The English version is provided for reference only. In case of any discrepancies, the Japanese version shall prevail.
