Email Address Confirmation
You need to confirm the email address used to register your account.
If your email address is not confirmed
- If your email address is not confirmed, a message will be displayed.
- You need to confirm that the confirmation link in the email was delivered to the email address entered during account registration.
- Press
CONFIRMin the dialog message.
Sending the confirmation email
- Press
Verify email address. - In the dialog, press
Send Email. - The confirmation email will be sent; check your email client to see if you received the email from Miley.
- Tap the URL in the received email to complete email confirmation.
- After confirmation, restart the Miley PTA app (quit and reopen the app).
If you do not restart the app, the email confirmation dialog may continue to appear.
The registered email address is incorrect
- If the email address is incorrect, go to the Miley "Account Information" page and press the edit button to the right of the email address.
- Use the email change button and follow the instructions to update the address.
The mail may be sorted into the spam folder
- Check your mail client's spam or junk folder.
Your mailbox is full and cannot receive new mail
- This is common with iCloud and Gmail: if your inbox is full, new messages cannot be delivered.
- Delete unnecessary emails or files stored in cloud storage to free up space.
- Gmail shares storage with Google Drive and Photos; if Drive or Photos uses up available storage, Gmail may not receive new mail.
Register allowed sender addresses
- If you use carrier email (e.g., docomo), you may need to register allowed sender addresses in your spam filter settings to receive mail from the internet.
- Miley sends emails from
support@mileypta.com, so please add this to your allowed addresses in carrier settings.
