Administrator menu

Explains how to use the administrator menu.

Overview

  • Features that can only be executed by administrator users are grouped here.
  • Configure Miley features such as editing School Information, group management, and adding/removing administrator users.
  • Press the button for each item.

School Information

  • These fields are displayed on the "School Information" page that general members can view.
  • Free space
    • Enter any text freely.
    • Use it for officer lists or information you want to show persistently.
    • If you include URLs here, they appear as links on the School Information page. Multiple entries are allowed.
  • Homepage
    • Set URLs for related web pages.
  • Related documents
    • Attach PDFs such as school rules.
    • Configure PDFs that members should be able to reference at any time.

Group management

  • Register and delete groups and group labels.

Show group list

  • Select a group from the list of groups registered in the school to view its member list.
  • You can also add or remove group members.

Manage admin users

  • Add or remove administrator users.
Administrator users can be added up to a maximum of 50.

Manage confirmers

  • Add or remove confirmers for Contact to School, Info safety confirmations, and other verified actions.
Up to 50 confirmers can be configured.

Posting info members

  • Displayed when new Info creation is set to OFF in Feature Usage Settings.
  • Add or remove users who are permitted to post in Info other than administrator users.

File manager settings

  • Displayed when Storage use is limited to administrators in Feature Usage Settings.
  • Access Storage with administrator-equivalent permissions and configure the file manager.

Manage school-staff users

  • Manage users who have the school-staff flag set in their profiles.
  • Users with the school-staff flag cannot join chat rooms that have 2 or fewer members.
  • One-on-one chats between staff and guardians cannot be created.

Passphrase settings

  • Change the passphrase for school access.

Number of Users

  • View the number of users currently registered.
  • Press Export member list to output the current member list as a CSV file.

Feature Usage Settings

  • If a feature is set to OFF in the usage settings, non-administrator users will not be able to create new items (administrator users can still use them).

Report management

  • Check reports for Info posts or chat room messages here.

Edit history

  • A log of edits performed by administrator users is recorded here.
