New Account Registration

If you are using Miley PTA for the first time, start by registering an account.

Miley PTA's new account registration procedure is as follows.

① Prepare the app

  • Install the app for your device: iOS, Android, PC, or Mac.
  • iPhone/iPad: download from the App Store. Android: download from Google Play.
  • For Windows/Mac/Linux, use the web browser.
The recommended browser is Google Chrome (Safari and Edge may not fully support notifications).

② Account registration

  • Press the Create Account button.
  • Sign-in (Login) option is for users who already have an account.

Agree to terms

  • Review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  • Check "Agree" and press the To create account button to continue.

  • Enter your email address and set a password.
Your Miley PTA account has been created. Proceed to profile registration.

③ Profile registration

Register a profile for the school you will use

  • Enter the profile name and "Profile Name Kana" (phonetic reading).
  • Use the real name as commonly known by the participating school.
  • Teachers or staff should check the "school-staff" checkbox.
  • After entering the details, press the To Select School button.

Select the school

  • The school administrator should provide the "School ID" and "Passphrase" for the school you want to join.
  • Enter the School ID (half-width characters) and press the search button.
  • If the correct school name appears, press the OK button.

Enter the passphrase

  • Enter the "Passphrase" provided by the school administrator and press the Check button.

Proceed to group selection

  • After entering the School ID and Passphrase, press the Select Group button.

Display group list

  • Press the Show groups button to list available groups.

Select groups

  • Choose groups to belong to (multiple selection possible), then press Done.
This completes the required registration steps.
If "Tag required" is set in the administrator menu, tag settings will be requested next.

Set tags

  • If the administrator requires tags, default tag prompts may be shown; fill them in and press Done.
