Reservation Management
Explains how to use the reservation management features.
Overview
- Reservation is a feature for managing bookings of shared resources such as rooms, equipment, and supplies.
- It can also be used to coordinate meeting times such as parent-teacher conferences.
- Some items (for example, PTA rooms) may be used concurrently, so the system supports overlapping reservations.
- Reservation history can be exported as a list.
Top screen
- A list of reservable registered items is displayed.
- Shows available actions on this screen.

Filter: Filter items by reserve item type.
