Main Features

• Account and Profile
  • For account registration and adding profiles to the school.
• Info
  • Announcement distribution feature (for sharing information such as events, activities, or safety alerts with PTA members).
  • You can also create polls, recruitment posts, votes and safety checks, and automatically aggregate responses from members.
  • Distribute to groups such as all students, grades, or classes.
• Contact to School
  • Function to send absence/late/early-leave/other notifications between parents and administrator or school staff users.
  • If school staff are set as administrator users, absence notifications and other communications can be handled easily.
  • Automatic aggregation of received reports is also available.
• Chat
  • Simple chat for easy communication between members.
  • Group chats are supported.
  • Read receipts are supported in a relaxed manner.
• Storage
  • Storage for sharing handover documents, images, PDFs, etc.
  • Access control options such as password protection or admin-only access are available.
• Reserves
  • Booking shared resources such as rooms, equipment, and items.
  • Can also be used for scheduling meetings.
• Event List
  • Register and manage events and schedules.
  • Schedule notification sending for each event.
