Scheduled posts

Info posts can be scheduled to send at a future date and time.

Scheduling a post

Schedule send screen
  • Check Reservation for post for the post type to enable date and time selection.
  • Choose a date and select a time from the select box. Times can be scheduled from 5:00 to 22:00 in 30-minute increments.
  • After setting the date and time and filling all fields, press the Reservation for post button to schedule the post.

Viewing scheduled posts

Scheduled posts view
  • Scheduled posts can be viewed from the filter menu.
Filter selection
  • From the filter menu select "Scheduled posts".
Scheduled post details
  • Scheduled posts are displayed in the list.
  • Post authors only see scheduled posts they created.
  • Administrator users see all scheduled posts.
  • Select a scheduled post to view details.
  • You can edit or delete scheduled posts.
As an advanced workflow, use the schedule send feature to perform content review:
  • First, set a tentative scheduled date and save the scheduled post.
  • While the post is scheduled, ask other administrators to review the content.
  • If everything is OK, edit the scheduled post and set the final send date and time.
