About Contact to School
A feature for sending absence/late/early-leave/other notices to school.
Overview
- Post notices for absence, late arrival, early leave, and other messages.
- Any user with a profile registered to the school can send a notice.
- Only users set as "Confirmers" (typically school staff) receive the notices.
- Confirmers can mark notices as confirmed.
- Confirmers can aggregate notices by period or group.
- The label "Contact to School" can be changed in the admin menu settings.
Confirmers (usually school staff) are configured by an administrator user.
Top screen
- Shows available actions on this screen.

Receive: fetches any new notices. -
Filter: filter by notice type. -
Read All: mark all received posts as read. -
Tally: aggregate received posts. -
Create: create a new notice.
